> 3 day***** This little seam ripper is great! It is sturdy and handy and comes with its own hard plastic cover. Clover makes another model (the 502) that is not quite as nice; it has a bulkier handle and a soft plastic slipover cover, so I would pick this one for sure out of all of the ones Ive owned or found online. My best use of this handy little item is to rip out alterations Ive made to my clothes. You cant go wrong here! Highly recommended. *****

Greater than one weekThe Man Response: Truth be told, one of the best seam rippers are your own fingers. Yes, if you just are a tad careful your fingers can open suit jacket pockets with ease. But hey, not everything is a suit jacket pocket and might require the precision and this seam ripper is well worth the money. Why not five stars? Well, if it wasnt for the fact that using my own fingers is FREE, Id give this five stars. Four stars is still pretty good.

> 3 dayI love this seam ripper! As a ballet costumer, I have a lot of alterations from season to season, so a good seam ripper is quite important. After using it many times over the past few months, it has stayed sharp. It fits well into a seam and is just sharp enough. Ive tried many other brands of seam rippers and this is by far my favorite. The only thing I would change is making the handle a brighter color, as it blends with the wood on my furniture.

> 3 dayFor cutting threads, I recommend a threat cutter like the one that Clover sells, but for cutting through multiple stitches when you have made a mistake in your embroidery..this is the product to have. As an example, i started working a letter in my counted cross-stitch embroidery project. I realized 3/4ths of the way through one of my letters that I had missed one row of stitches. I had a choice, whether I wanted to go back through every single stitch to undo the error, or just cut the thread out and re-do the letter. With this seam ripper the solutions was simple. I cut the thread out over multiple stitches and re-did the letter. It saved me time and effort and was a great alternative to the fustration I would have had. It is just the right size for most stitches and it has a nice cap that keeps it from poking me when I reach into my embroidery carrying case pocket.

> 3 dayMy much-used ripper was getting very dull (i repair clothes for a costume rental shop), so i got a new one. Easy to hold, sharp, and has a clear cover, which i keep on it when its not in use. Great addition to my workroom!

> 3 dayI love this seam ripper. It is amazingly sharp! It doesnt stay sharp forever, though. I do a lot of sewing--and seam ripping!--and go through one of these every couple of months. The;yre still my favorite, though!

> 3 dayThe seam ripper works seamlessly. Flowing through my mess like a little princess. Ripping through all my errors with ease. It holds nicely in my hand. The only thing I dont like is the cap, lol. For some reason I always want to put it on upside down.
