ClueFinders 3rd Grade [OLD VERSION]

We bought several computer games recently with an emphasis on learning or educational software. This is the best game we have tried so far. VERY engaging for our 8 year old third grader. Activities are challenging and cause her to do some thinking, but not so hard she gets discouraged. She couldnt wait to finish the whole game. We rate this A++, but dont expect to get months of enjoyment out of it. Get it used at a good price because the whole game is finished in about 3 hours and after that there isnt much to do that is enjoyable. You have to solve a mystery, and do learning type tasks to solve the mystery, so that is great, but once you solve the case, it is all done, no more to do. Just keep that in mind. We LOVED it!

Once the game is installed please right click the game icon on your desktop or go to Start > All Programs > Find the game through there. Right click and go to properties once there go to Compatibility. Once there you should be able to select Windows XP Service Pack 1 or 2 should allow you to run the game and try again. If that doesnt work let me know.

Package came on time & in pristine condition. Game is just how I remember it! Definitely worth the price

Worked on Windows 10. Same fun game I remember and my little brother is enjoying learning with this game.

My first and third graders both love this game and play it all the time. I personally haven`t played it, so I can not tell you that much about it. I use this game as part of our homeschool.

My children all enjoyed this game.

I purchased this set for my 8 yr old daughter in 3rd grade. She is enjoying the Mathra game but doesnt seem to like the Mystery Mansion much yet, for some reason. She keeps going back to the Mathra game and she will play it for hours, it holds her interest and she doesnt get frustrated with it, even though it does seem to challenge her skills. She has requested that we get more Cluefinders games for her to play and learn with. I have Windows XP on a desktop PC and we do have some issues with this game freezing-up, she says it does save where shes at, so she just turns everything off and reloads the disc, it doesnt seem to bother her much. Im not sure if its a software issue or perhaps its an issue with clicking the mouse too fast or too often and freezing the PC, just be aware of this if you buy this disc set. I consider this a good purchase for us.

Ive been on this nostalgia trip & have been trying to replay games from my youth. Decided to buy this one & give it a go.

So much fun! I remember playing it as a kid and now my son whos in Kindergarten is playing it too.
