> 3 dayIts hard to know if these devices were used before I got them, maybe something someone else returned, or if they were just packed poorly. They come in a fairly lightweight glossy-paper-board box, and that box was shipped by Amazon in an unpadded plastic envelope, the consistency of a decent garbage bag. The result is that the retail box was close to destroyed and the 2 devices had been banging around in the envelope. They work fine so far, and since they are plugged into outlets at near ground level, the scratches on them are not that obvious. It is not worth trying to return them, but I find it annoying that I pay for something new, but it looks poor when I get it. They paired almost instantly with my zigbee hub, and the built-in repeater function works well. Adding one between my hub and the front door has helped to make my zigbee lock more reliable.

> 3 dayI run OpenHAB on a Raspbery PI 3, with a HUSBZB-1 USB Hub as controller. I could connect the plugs with no issue.

> 3 dayThis works reliably and well, but the max current makes it good for lights, no good for appliances and heaters. If you need a heater, get the Sylvania Zigbee smart plug instead (good to up to 15A/1800W)

Greater than one weekI am pleased with these. In short, they just work. These were nearly plug and play. Just set your Alexa or hub to discover, insert the plug in the receptacle, and its done. I used these for Christmas lighting and they were responsive, dependable and exactly what I needed. I will order again if more are needed.

> 3 dayI bought two boxes of these plugs to use with a Philips Hue hub, and they work perfectly. Theyre easy to set up through the hue app.

> 3 dayIve so far set up 4 of these smart outlets and it took a total of about 4 minutes. Im using these with the Hubitat C7 hub and they instantly pair as a Generic Zigbee Outlet and work perfectly. They are controllable through the Google Assistant via Hubitat (remember you must add new devices in the Hubitat Google Home app). I must say that Im using these pretty close to my hub so I couldnt tell you anything about their ability to work at a far distance, but for the price, these outlets are great.

> 3 dayThe outlets would pair up but would show up as an unknown device and not able to be used, although it would show up under my smartthings account. This was with the new Smartthings app. The 2 outlets did show up using the old Smartthings app and were fully functional. To fix, I had to use the migration function within the old app, then they showed up on the new app. Apart from that, they seem to be working well controlling my xmas lights.

> 3 dayThis plug is abnormally large, and blocks other plugs from being used in some cases. You cant use two in a top/bottom configuration. This is an intentionally bad design.
