As usual the Cobblers Choice line of boot products performs amazingly. Yes Saphir is probably the best for what it does (shine and overall aesthetics) . But this stuff is very reasonably priced, works great, conditions extremely well, dries quickly, and is honestly the best stuff for your boots in a lot of other ways. It doesnt shine like the Saphir but as all the other Cobblers Choice products do? It succeeds in its intended purpose (conditioning) extremely well.

Leather on my Thursday Boot Company Boots were lightened after I treated them for creases. This refurbished the dark color of the leather and made them look like new. Used them on an old pair of boots as well.

This is a great product which deserves a higher rating, however, I have to take the shipping and as received condition into account. The bottle cap push top is extremely easy to open and as a result came open at some point during shipping and leaked out about an ounce of product into the plastic bag it was in. The bottle cap is to blame here as it requires very practically no effort to open it. Maybe it is defective or a poor design but ultimately I lost some of the product that I paid for. I’ll chalk it up as a loss and not fool with a return.

Ive been treating boots with different products for a long time. I normally use other brands, but this one was the leader on all of the top five lists I saw and I figured Id try it out on my new Danners - the heavy old-fashioned ones made of thick full-grain leather. I also used it on a pair of boots with thinner leather.

Fantastic product! I used it on my Thursday Boot Company boots and Thursday racer jacket.

I bought this because several reviews noted that it would not darken your boots. It did darken them some. It did everything else fine. I was glad it only darken them a little bit. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures. I put this on new Iron Rangers.
