This thing came with a lot of cables and a thick instruction booklet so I was sort of hesitant, thinking I might not have thought the purchase through...but it is very impressive. At $299 I would not have bought it, just because thats the price of a cheap laptop. But at $169 wow! Its super bright and bigger than it sounds on paper. Im thinking of just leaving it out on the table all the time and connecting my smartphone to it and using it instead of staring at my phone.

My husband loves his dual monitor system at work and wanted the same set up at home. I did a TON of research to find the best and most affordable dual monitor system for his Microsoft Surface Pro. Before I even made the purchase, I contacted the company so make sure it was compatible with the Microsoft Surface Pro and if I needed to purchase an adapter. I received a response just within a few hours! And not only did the company respond, they offered to supply the adapter free of charge! I immediately purchased the monitor and sure enough, the monitor arrived w/the adapter :) My husband is VERY satisfied w/the quality of the monitor. And with great customer service, this has been MONEY WELL SPENT! Now my daughter and I are thinking of buying one too! JUST BECAUSE its soo cool LOL.

Actually, cost says about the product, this is some what Im expected, good built quality, nice display sharpness,light and slim. And i dunno how to enable hdr mode...if you know let me know. I thought hdr is 10bit. But its 8 bit versus my 6bit gaming laptop display. I like that. Also 3 cabel included hdmi-to mini hdmi / type-c to type-c / type-c to usb-A. If you gonna buy. It can work on 5voltage - 1amp powerbrick. Powerbrick also included. And of course screenshield (x2). And cant notice the case which was come with, cant stand on a smooth surface, only on some degree. Sound quality not so good (has 2 speakers on the bottom, my laptop beside louder than that). But have a audio jack.

To all of the reviewers complaining about lack of true color: this is not what the monitor is supposed to do. If you want to process photos, do it on your primary retina-display. If you want a fantastic secondary monitor to get stuff done, then do yourself a favor and pick up this one. 3-year warranty, and everything just screams quality.

I bought this portable monitor for my husband and he loves it! It works perfectly with his Mac and makes his work productivity much better. The screen is very easy to use and he has had no complaints.

Love this monitor. Resolution quality is pretty good. The only thing I don’t love is that all of the cords look virtually the same so figuring out which to use was a slight headache. Definitely recommend!

I had purchased a monitor from another provider and that one didnt work. Went with this model and it connected right away! High quality picture and portable for travel. Would recommend!

Im using the monitor with a work laptop and it is easy to use and easy to set up. Fabulous screen which is better then my laptop!
