I use this under my coffee machine since I spill water all the time when filling it up. I can confirm that it holds at least 1 8oz glass of water. Ive gotten a lot of coffee in this too, and even after getting dry and sticky and coffee grounds in it, it only needs to have hot water from the sink ran over it to go back to being completely clean.
