Amazon has a pattern of promising a delivery date and then bumping it.. in this case... by a month. I ended up buying mantles at a store onvthe way to my trip. I am about done with Amazon Prime which means inflated prices and broken promises.

My family has used Coleman lanterns and their cloth mantles for over 70 years. The mantles need to be handled with care, and tied off correctly. But most importantly, they MUST NOT be touched after they are first used. Leave them be, and they will last a long time. In other words, Read and Follow the Instructions

They fit the way they are supposed to. I tried others that where cheaper and they just dont fit. Stick with the OEM mantels.

It said it was for propane lamps but would not fit on our old antique propane lantern/lamps.

Coleman mantles work well and it’s a always good to have an extra pack as you never know when the old one will fall apart. I’ve bought too many at camp stores when I failed to bring extras
