This is perfect for my son not to thick on those chilly nights and not to thin.

I usually get my son a Northface jacket. Financially, I needed to cut back on things. Northface is 3-4 times the price. This jacket is just as cozy & nice. Its perfect for the Fall and will keep him warm until winter. The quality is just as good. He usually wears a 14/16, but I got this in the 18 to be a bit more roomy. It does run true to size. Dont hesitate to buy this. Its a great value for a Columbia jacket.

Fit as expected, ordered the 12-18 month size for my average sized 15 month old.

A very nice jacket, but this fit ran quite large for my child. My son is 4.5 years, and the XS was significantly too big for him. Like multiple inches in the body and arms, Not something he might grow into anytime soon. I had done a bit of research on sizing, and XS seemed to be a common fit for a 5-year-old or large 4-year-old. My son is fairly tall for his age, as tall and long armed as many 5-year-olds, But it was still quite too big. I exchanged for the XXS.

This jacket is a steal. Works perfectly for my son and it is approved to be worn in a car seat. Will buy more jackets like this in the future.
