> 3 dayThis has turned out to be a great solution for getting a coax line out of the shack. Bought a second one and switch between 2 antennas. I have double sash windows, so in my case I can still open the window without disturbing the Comets CTC-50Ms.

16-04-2025it kind of pricy but now I dont have to listen to my wife complain about the window and screen open to run my coax into the house...I have dual pane sliding vinyl windows and i can close them and lock them with out disconnecting my coax...I have not heard anyone say my signal has dropped since I installed it but I only use it for 2 meter/ 70 CM and max 50 watts if you want to close your window and dont want to continue to use your radio just get it

> 3 dayNot too much to say here. It works as advertised and keeps me from having to drill a hole in my wall.

> 3 dayDid not expect to have 1.01 SWR with a 25 foot LMR 400 cable on 2m and 70cm. This saves me anther hole in my wall during the winter, this is a temp setup until its nice enough to drill.

> 3 day$60 for this?? I graduated to big power, and even my transceivers running barefoot will not work well with this. I ran a Heathkit HW101, Yeasu FT857D, FT1200DX, FT897, all had more loss using this than using a piece of square tube closed into a window with SO259/239 connectors, and N connectors, as well as ladder line, hard line and window line balanced cables. If you are renting, this is a very viable option, but $60!?!

> 3 dayIf you cant go to the next level of having coax through walls to elevate your antenna, then this is the trick. Been using it about a month and really vastly improved transmit and receive on my Baofeng hand-held. Using now on my Kenwood TM-D710G and find it does well.
