Connecting Threads Blender Collection Precut Quilting Fabric Bundle Fat Quarters (Swirl Tonal)

As usual another fantastic package of fabric. Im going to use it as the background for a scenic 72 × 44 Grand Titan landscape on a queen quilt. Its going to be another spectacular piece of quilting.

I am disabled and sometimes unable to go out and needed some fabric for a baby quilt. The fabric is soft but not flimsy, the colors are beautiful, and is holding up beautifully for embroidery and applique work that I am using. I would buy this fabric again in a heartbeat.

These are very soft, great for a baby or childs blanket which is what I am using them for.

I was desperately waiting on this bundle to arrive so I could FINALLY start a quilt for me! I was shocked when I opened each fat quarter & began sorting it for cutting... Pros - the fabric is soft to the touch & bright in color as the seller describes. The cutting is 18 x 22 only off by maybe 1/8 in places. (Kind of standard I guess) Cons - the cut on each quarter is well below what I was expecting! almost every fat quarter has a 3/8 up to almost a 1 selvage edge unusually large that is counted in the fat quarter dimensions of 18 x 22 so you only really have 18 x 21 to use, & the other cut side has anywhere from a scant 1/4 up to a fat 1/4 of fray already present as shown in the images, meaning you have even less fabric to work with... Upon checking the whole bundle, I really only have about 4 pieces that are true fat quarters... so I cant recommend this product to anyone especially not for the $70 price tag either. You got me once, you wont get me again - I wont be back! Now I have to go & re-think my quilt pattern & probably chose a different one that requires less fabric (more background coverage) to cover my king size bed, Im really not happy about any of this at all...
