The hooks look substantial enough to support the pans and utensils that will be hanging on them. The swivel is enabled in a simple manner that requires the fixed portion of the hook to be supported between two rails.

Easy to install. The hardware and hooks are quite sturdy. The most difficult part is finding a beam to install self purchase ceiling hooks. I ended up using anchors.
