I’ve had this luggage set for 3+ years and it is still doing fantastic. I’ve taken numerous trips and flights, more than 50 times. While the luggage has shown some general wear and tear, it is still a great set and does not need replaced. For the price you cannot beat this luggage set.

I bought this because I didn’t have any personal luggage and I used this to move across the country! It help up pretty nicely and the color selection is really cute!

The white luggages are easily identifiable but its prone to dirt and scratches. Not a great sight to see but its durable and easy to maneuver

I bought this luggage set of 3. The larger 28 luggage after about a yr. This is what had happened. But I contacted the customer service department and the went out of thier way to help fix my problem. As of right now they are replacing my luggage. And sending right out to me. I thank you very much for the understanding and concern. We all know that the airports beat up our luggage. But this buy is well worth the money and warranty. I will repost the new luggage when it comes in. Very happy with this product considering the bad zipper.. I added the original and then replacement.. Thank for the help.

This was a gift for Christmas for my son in law, he took them back with him to Germany after Christmas and one of the handles broke, they have just been sent back to US, return delayed due to this person being out of the country! Would we still be able to return the set please!!

Traveled on American Airlines. I bought luggage covers just in case for scratches for these luggage except for the carry on. Luggage held up pretty well travelling from Va to NC to WA. Was offered free checked baggage for my carry on for the little luggage in the 3 piece set. I took the free-bee deal, then i started to worry it might have been a mistake given that i didnt buy a luggage cover for it and that it might get hammered by every other passengers larger checked luggage. But, at the final destination, my fears were alleviated, the little carry on luggage was in very good condition, wheels were intact, suit case overall still looked new. The handle got a little stuck one time when i tried to retract it back , but it worked on the second or third try. Had no issues since then. On the way back to the East Coast, I didnt take another chance with the carry on luggage. I brought it on the American Airlines flight with no problems or worries. The larger checked luggage held up great and still looks new traveling from the east coast to west coast roundtrip. Overall, Im happy with this purchase.
