Coolife Luggage 3 Piece Set Suitcase with TSA lock spinner softshell 20in24in28in (Black.)

I have not used this luggage yet. I purchased it to use on a cruise this winter. I plan on trying one of the pieces for a weekend trip soon. The only thing that seems to be a problem with this set is that once I took the 3 pieces out to check them, I could not get the smallest piece to go back inside the middle size piece. That could create a storage problem for me. I will update this review after I have used it.

UPDATE: The company reached out and made it right. Great service. They seem ok. But the smallest came with a broken wheel

This is a great looking luggage set very sharp with the tan accents on the black. Just took a trip first result is very positive, not a mark, rip, tear or anything damaged from the flight and we saw the large suitcase get tossed!! If things change in the future I will amend my post but so far I am super satisfied!

Update: The company reached out and offered a partial refund for my inconvenience and seems to care about their customers and reputation. I feel like it was a fair offer since this only happened to one of the three suitcases. I really appreciate that they care to make things right. I was looking for a lighter luggage set for travel and something that could be easily identified. This set is fairly priced and I like that they can nest inside each other for storage. They are light and the maneuverability is good. The only problems are the hidden name tag that wont stay closed and one of the handles broke on our first trip. This was a cruise, so most of the time we were pulling our own luggage around with us; however, it broke when we returned so it only took about 3 times of lifting with it for the stitching to come undone. Not sure how the rest of the case will hold up long term if this is a sign of the quality. :(

I purchased this set of luggage based on the Amazon reviews and that someone from customer support usually got involved and answered question. The fact that someone from customer support got involved told me that they cared about their product and wanted satisfied customers. So far I have unpacked packed the luggage and have given it the once over and the quality seems to be good. The one thing that I was surprised about is that there is no handle on the bottom to help with lifting. Being a Limo driver and lifting many pieces of luggage; having a handle on the bottom helps tremendously. The fact that this luggage does not have a bottom handle is why I rated it a 4 star. I purchased this luggage set for my upcoming trip to Australia in January. So that will be a test to see how it holds up and I will report back after my trip with an update. In the meantime I like the fact that it is two toned so that it can easily be identified when coming out on the baggage claim carousel. I also like that each piece fits inside each of the bigger pieces for storage.

This was just what we wanted. My grandson loves the luggage. Happy with the sale and quick arrival.

Love these suitcases, wheeled around easily in airport and flat surfaces. I couldnt get both zippers in the TSA locks so used different locks I purchased. As others have said storing cases inside each other is difficult. Cases are large. The medium case is the same size as my previous large case that Ive had for over 20 years. Only had one trip by air but cases held up well.
