I really liked the color of this luggage. I now dont have trouble seeing my bags on the conveyer belt from the plane! They roll very nicely even when they are fully packed. The only thing I would have liked more would have been the luggage being made of a bit thicker material. They are made with a thin plastic. On that note, the price was a void value for what I bought.

I have officially crossed over from softsided luggage to hardsided and this new purchase confirms that decision. Hardsided bags are more durable, waterproof, stand upright without falling over and, while they do get scratched, they don’t rip and unravel, get stained or soak up water. After traveling internationally with the large bag I am happy with the space, weight and durability thus far. When compared to my favorite Tumi bag of the same size, this large Coolife bag is 7 lbs lighter which is significant when it comes to packing for a trip long enough to need a large bag. Only the large bag expands which is a big disappointment. I like for carry-on bags to expand because I can carry it on when I depart for a trip, purchase items on my trip and expand the bag for the new items and then check it for my return flight. Generally the flexibility of an expanded bag is better for all sizes. If I could do it again I would have purchased a set in which all 3 bags expanded.

This luggage is nice and sturdy for traveling. Very spacious for packing.

Luggage looked just like images and functioned pretty well. Was very pleased. The only thing is the outer shell wasnt as hard as expected and can bend easily with a little pressure. But overall decent price for all 3 pieces.

Love the price and the three sizes. Just as explained - happy to use on my first trip with them this weekend!

Smaller than my amazon basics set and cant fit as much in them. Otherwise good color and holding up well so far.

I bought this set for a trip, and, as I was heading out to the car to leave, I tried to pop the handle out on the middle size, and it would not budge. It appears that the button is either stuck, or something else is broken in the mechanism, but I couldnt get it open no matter how hard I tried. (keep in mind that this is the first time I used anything from the set. So, I checked the large one, and it would open, so I had to quickly move all my luggage over and then rush out since I had lost some time dealing with it. Overall, the luggage seems nice. The features are exactly what I expected, and it looks really nice. However, if a handle breaks before I even have a chance to use it, it does not give me confidence about the longevity of the luggage, especially with only a 2-year warranty. I am going to return it and get a higher quality brand for the piece of mind. You get what you pay for, I guess.

Pretty disappointing that the luggage broke on the first trip that I used it (medium size). It rolls well enough, but the roller itself broke when Id gotten it back from baggage claim after the first use. Edit- 2/7/23 Customer service responded to warranty claim quickly although they attempted to buy a 4/5 star review for 50$ and stated, If you are satisfied with our service, could you please help me to delete or update the review to 4/5 stars... Upon your deletion or update, well issue it right away. This communication infers that they require a better review to honor warranty. Since having received the replacement luggage rather than taking any money that was offered, Coolife has continually called/emailed to request me to update my review to 4/5 stars. I would highly recommend AGAINST buying this product if harassing a customer is the way they go about their service. 2/5 stars because the company does honor their warranty but reviews of their products can be bought/coerced by their service team.
