Coolife Luggage Expandable(only 28) Suitcase 3 Piece Set with TSA Lock Spinner 20in24in28in (lake blue)

I got this luggage and then our trip was canceled. So, I waited to write a review till I could use the luggage. I finally did and it does not stand up. On arrival I was happy with the luggage. Great look, wonderful color, lots of space, zippered divider, extended 2 year warranty, etc… Took it on a trip and found it doesn’t roll as well as my husbands (which is a different brand). His wheels also don’t stick out as much and are therefore less of a problem in overhead bins. I also think that contributes to it not wheeling as well and wanting to tip often when changing surfaces to leaning on two wheels and being pulled, instead of gliding along. The 2nd time I used the luggage the interior divider ripped below the zipper as I was zipping it. I’m not thrilled but, there is a 2 year warranty so I figured, not a big deal. It took me a bit to figure out how to contact them. Apparently it is all done through Amazon. For the rip in the lining (right below the zipper on the divider) they said that after “…Taking into account the long time and energy that it would take to process a return….” That I keep the product and they will give me a refund of $20 for the inconvenience. I let them know I don’t want $20, I want a fixed item. They wrote back and said after checking with a supervisor they can do $35 refund, but they only offer partial refunds for lining issues….. I’m not happy. Not with the product, the warranty or the customer service. Needless to say, I would not recommend and will be putting that partial refund towards a better quality of luggage from a different company. *****Update after the above review: After leaving a 1 star review Coollife called me and told me they they felt bad about the issue and wanted to offer me an additional $30 refund. I said okay, and then they told me I would need to delete my review or update it to 4-5 stars and then they would issue the refund. I politely told them that I would not delete or give them 4-5 stars for a $30 payment. I was then asked if I would update to 4-5 stars or delete my review for a new piece of luggage to replace the one that was damaged. I let them know I would delete my review but not upgrade their stars if they fixed it by replacing my 28” which is currently the problem. The man let me know they would send it as soon as I deleted it. I asked him to wait and took screenshots of my review before deleting it. I let them know I deleted it and then was informed that since I bought a set the luggage what they send will be different then what I bought since they will be sending one sold individually instead of in a set. I asked if it would be the same color at least and was told it will be similar. They then sent a link for me to choose. I bought a dark purple set. My options were: Caribbean blue, Charcoal, Radiant Pink, and Teal. None of which are even close to my color. I choose the Caribbean blue and will have a clashing set until I buy something else. I would say the replacement suitcase is a nicer piece than the set ones. More zippers inside the lining, a better lock, etc. However, I am upset that they didn’t tell me in advance and waited till I deleted my original review before giving me all the catch-22’s that I never would have agreed to. Also, I am upset that I had to fight with them to fix it in the first place. The set isnt bad for the price, but it wont last long term and isnt amazing. It is a middle of the road set where you get what you pay for.

Love the color. Love the maneuverability. Purchased October 2021. Used this week for third time and one wheel/caster was broken when the bag got to us at baggage claim. I will contact company and update review to reflect customer service experience.

I bought this set for my daughter for Christmas. Nice sturdy handles, luggage locks, wheels roll freely in all directions. Color is vivid & very nice and the hardside set is very hard & durable. Largest piece expands as a great bonus. Im sure she will love this set. Highly recommend.

They worked great on my resent vacation. I was glad to the zipper that allowed my to expand the space in the large suitcase. I have only used them once, so I dont know about durability, but we also drove so no luggage handlers. My only issue is trying to get them locked. You have two zipper tabs that have to be held in place just right to get them both locked.

I have had zero issues with these and used them when moving twice for far. Nothing has been damaged or broken during the move. Wheels have stayed in tact even during shifting on a 8 hour drive. I believe one might have a small scratch but like for the price I don’t care. If I had paid twice as much money I would care about the scratch. I generally do carry on for planes so I can’t say how they will hold up if someone is chucking it under a plan cause they do chuck them

Made lots of trips with these bags. On wheel finaly broke. Im under my two year warrently, but cant see how to contact the seller.

Wonderful to use... the 4 wheels on luggage is the ONLY way to go... We bought two sets... first time out we took them to Italy... so happy with the product.So I finally had a chance to break this luggage set in for a trip out of the country. I only needed the larger case in this instance which gave me so much space that I think I packed extra stuff just because I could. The rollers made moving around incredibly easy and almost effortless.Wonderfull craftsmanship, very well designed,provides all sorts of pockets for organizing your wardrobe,plus excellent securing straps and zippered separators to keep garments unwrinkled. Its truly a luxury case.provides separate shoe bags,and used lingerie pouch. All in very good quality fabric well sewn and expensive zippers that glide and hold without pulling stitches of fabric or twisting teeth of zipper. Definitely a high quality product, strong easy wheels, and amazingly resilient finish on outer case, no scratches after traveling all over Europe and changing 6 airlines. So far I have used this for a trip through Ireland. It survived 6 flights, 2 train rides, cobble stone roads, and many taxis. It is not dirty or worn in the slightest. Fits perfectly in the overhead compartment. This luggage is great!. I wanted a carry-on that I could use for business and personal travel that would hold the things I need and be durable and mobile. I recently took a trip to Japan and had a suit, shoes, shirts, dress slacks underwear and tie packed. Youve got to know how to fold those things but everything fit and I love the bag. Were going to buy the next size up for our vacation trips. High quality and stylish!
