I love this cordless stick vacuum. It is lightweight. The floor part rolls very well, easy to move to where I want it. The suction is great, I mostly use the low level, but use the higher level on carpets. Its easy to change tools, very easy to get under couches and chairs. I really like that it is cordless! I wish I had known about this sooner.

I bought this product mainly for light pick up on carpets, for my stairs, and especially to clean my car. PROS: 1. Great suction. When I cleaned out my car, no problems! Picked up large pebbles and fine dirt without issue. Using it without the pole and using attachments, it’s everything I wanted! 2. It’s very lightweight and portable. Easy to put together, take apart and store. It comes with a wall mount, but have not used that as of yet. It can stand alone against a wall, but it’s precarious and could easily be knocked over. 3. Battery life-the longest I have used it is approximately 20 minutes and have had no issues with running out of power using the highest speed, so far. 4. Maneuverability- great to get under my low furniture, around tight corners, and on my stairs. I have carpeted stairs and I use the power head without the pole. It’s easier, you can use more leverage for a deeper clean, less awkward, and it adequately cleans them safely. Having balance issues, vacuum poles and power cords were dangerous for me on stairs. CONS: 1. Deep cleaning carpets, it does not do!!! You still need another type of vacuum for this. I have included pictures of my 20 year old corded stick vac I have had and used it AFTER using the cordless vac. I have a cat and in the pics you can see all the dirt and hair, plus the cat grass the cordless did not pick up. This dirt in the pics is from one cleaning, right after using the cordless. I vacuum every week, this week, I used the cordless vac 3 times leading up to todays cleaning. I have shown the reason why it doesn’t deep clean carpets in the pic of the power brush bristles. They are extremely SOFT. More meant for hard surfaces than carpeting. The suction is fine, and picks up the kitty litter off the carpet. But, cannot PULL dirt and fir out of the carpet. 2. The power head it so maneuverable, almost too much. It flip flops from side to side when going under furniture. You must be mindful when using it underneath furniture. Based upon my expectations from reading previous reviews and my own current needs, this is a solid 4 star review. If you want lightweight, quick pick ups, portability to clean your car and decent suction, for the price point, this one is for you!

This was a replacement for one of their previous model vacuums and I couldn’t be happier. I had some issues with the previous model and customer service was absolutely amazing. This vacuum has fabulous suction and is relatively lightweight. We use it mostly on dog hair on our tile but it works on carpet as well. Nice duration battery and I can vacuum my entire 1800 sq ft house on one charge. I also really like that it can stand on its own.

This vacuum really picks it up! It also doesnt get clogged like some weve had before, so you can get the whole area cleaned before emptying the container. It also is easier to take apart for cleaning than our previous units of this style. The bendable tube that goes from the power head to the sweeper/brush end is very handy. Using this, its easy to get underneath furniture, etc. without moving it completely out of the way. It really feels like a substantial unit, and I expect it will last for a good while.

Edit: 6/6/23 The prettycare team reached out directly to rectify this issue. I would like to thank Rachel & Jennifer for being very quick & responsive. My original must’ve had a faulty battery so they offered to send me a brand new vacuum! Not many brands go above & beyond the way they have. Their customer service is top notch. Thus I am now changing my review to 5 stars. I highly recommend this brand if you’re in the market for a new vacuum. So I purchased this vacuum mainly for the bending feature to get under tables & furniture. This feature would be great if the vacuum head actually stayed on the hard floor. The head lifts up making it very hard to maneuver & doesn’t pick anything up which is pointless. I found myself not using the bend feature at all which beats the purpose of this particular vacuum. It did a good job of picking up on hard floor/carpet using it the standard way but it was way louder than I expected it to be based on the specs. The brush roll pops out making it is easy to clean which is great & the lights are also very helpful. The battery life is terrible- i charged it out the box for the full 4.5 hrs. I have a tiny 2 bedroom apt & I was only able to do my small kitchen & stairs before the battery died completely (I mainly used low suction as well) it only lasted about 15 minutes. I wanted to love it but it’s going back. I recommend just getting a regular telescoping stick vacuum.

First of all I want you all to know that customer service for this company is outstanding! Diana was easy to deal with when I had an issue with my first vacuum. She fixed the issue promptly and went above and beyond. I bought this for our 34 foot RV camper and its perfect for it. Storage is no problem and the battery lasts a long time. I have only used it on hardwood flooring and a small area rug and it cleaned well. The pretty blue color is a bonus!

I loved it, but The light stoped working the 2nd time I used it. I am returning it and ordering another one. I’m hoping the next one works because i really liked it. Is self standing, which is great!

Works ok on wood floors or linoleum to pick up dirt, dust, pet hair but not carpet. Dont buy this machine if you expect to deep vacuum your carpet.

Easy to use. I have a cat who sheds a lot, and I need to vacuum at least daily. Picks up fine.
