> 24 hourI have been a COREL customer since 1995 when I bought COREL DRAW 3. Since then I have purchased COREL DRAW 8, 11, X5, X7 and now Suite 2021. I have tried very hard and patiently to contact someone at SUPPORT to ask a question about install limit thresholds on COREL X7. I have tried all the call numbers I can find and the chat option without any response....ZERO..!! Literally held on the phone on 2 occasions for 2 hrs each (to make a point) and the chat line....but nobody answers...totally dead..! If they cant answer for lets say no staff, then for god sakes put something on your web site...!!!

> 24 hourIts not the product I dislike, but the slimy way Corel deals with its long long time customers. I received a notice that Corel was going to disable my implementation of CorelDraw Graphics Suite 2020 if I did not pay $99 to remain a member of their renewal plan. That means I get to pay $249 for the upgrade to the current version and $99 to remain a member of the renewal plan. Ive been a paying member of their renewal plan for about 2 to 5 years. I have used and upgraded versions of CorelDraw Graphics Suite since January, 1989. Coral recently was acquired by a asset management firm and changed their business model to a subscription model. I have used Corel from even before it was Corel sometime in the mid 1980s. If I do not renew my participation in their renewal plan Corel says they are going to disable my current implementation. I went to Corel Support from the link on the renewal notice, but that only got me as far as technical support. I have since sent an email to Cleverbridge, Corels broker for the renewal plan and am awaiting a reply. I do not expect much since they only handle problems with product delivery, although they sent my e-mail regarding renewal. So what exactly am I renewing, Ive pumped a lot of bread into their bottom line; I think I shall stop

> 24 hourGoogle indicated that this could be installed on three computers with 1 single user. This is NOT true, it will say the key is in use on the second install. Customer support from Corel via email did not understand my question and said maybe my email was incorrect. Phone support tried to sell me another copy without understanding the question. Amazon did not have a refund or return button on my order so I had to chat support them to get a refund. Very sad because the software is quite good.

> 24 hourAs of yet I haven’t been able to default to HSB color format. My old pallets won’t work. I really like the special lines and graphics effects. I can head off in new directions once I get used to the RGB format. I think it will be fun.

> 24 hourI have been using CorelDraw since 1990 and love this product. the learning curve is steep, but that is true of any software that is full of a rainbow of features and CorelDraw is just that. Once you learn how to use it, you are only limited by your own creativity. I design games for fun, and CorelDraw is the only tool I use to do my graphics for the games I write.
