The extra 2tb is exactly what i need. The speed is over 6k which is lower than the posted read write speed indicated at 7100. Though thats up to 7100 so Im still ok with it.

Just installed this drive and some new side plates. The drive is very fast especially compared to my external USB drive. Works great on PS5. I just wish Xbox series X had an option like this instead of the terribly expensive Seagate SSD I bought.

After reading many reviews online, finally bought this SSD. It was a easy install. And i tranfered all my games from the PS5 to this SSD in 5 minutes. If you are tired of erasing games this is a must BUY

Bought with included heatsink. Been using it in my PS5 since February. Waited three months to write a review because typically, thats when a lot of people report problems. But Im pleased to report...its performing exceptionally well!!! Will probably run out of space before it goes wonky, seeing as its only 1Tb, so may upgrade when the time comes. But for now, Im loving it!

I bought this ssd for my ps5 and it is very convenient to have an extra 2 terabyte and I recommend buying one for your console. I went with this one because Corsair is a reliable company that makes good parts. 200 dollars to put in your 500 dollar console is a good investment for your convenience and time.
