Corsair RMX White Series (2018), RM850x, 850 Watt, 80+ Gold Certified, Fully Modular Power Supply - White, 80 PLUS Gold (CP-9020188-NA)

Bought this as an upgrade, returned as it would not power my 8TB HDD. Could power my 1TB, but not the 8TB.

High performance, nice design, very quiet.

The first one received was an open package missing some important components, the replacement was as advertised

Very easy to install. Solid with very nice cables.

It was dead out of the box and I had bought it a long time ago trying to build a gaming computer. By the time I was done the warranty had expired and Corsair refused to do anything about it.

My last PS was a Corsair 620 watt semi-modular bronze unit. It still lives, and powers my grandsons new build. This new PS is ghostly silent. I now have a box of spare power connectors, but any expansion will probably require different ones than those supplied. Not much information included with Power Supply, so I must guess what MoBo and modules require, supplied from which plug?

Although the unit itself works ok, I was forced to use the crappy cables that came with the PSU other than my really nice cables.

Lasted just long enough for no return.

I love the white color. Really looks good inside my system. Works well. No problems with install or power levels or heat. Works great. Im plenty happy with it. It anything changes I will edit this post.

All the cables I need... reliable.. super quiet.
