One of the pieces in this kit is the one I needed, but I got it as an addition. Hey, now I dont struggle putting new filament in. :)))

Its a good kit for the price. I had a print that need alot of extruder start and stop. The10mm fittings that the Capricorn tubing go into failed on me after a little while. The tubing can go through the fitting both ways so the teeth inside the fitting were not holding. That was the only problem I had.

I bought my son the Ender 3 for his birthday and unfortunately, it has had several issues due to the cheap parts that it came with - the stock feeder being the first problem we experienced 48 hours after using it. My son was cranking out prints, barely giving the printer time to rest, when it suddenly stopped feeding. I couldnt figure out why, read lots of articles and watched YouTube videos on how to troubleshoot, but none of the solutions applied. Finally, I figured Id just disassemble the feeder to see if I can see anything - and there it was! The bottom plastic piece was cracked, which wasnt allowing the pulley above to move freely. I ordered this component and its been a perfect solution. It was fairly easy to assemble - it probably took about 15 minutes, and as long as you pay attention to how you took off the old feeder, this feeder mounts in the exact same manner. However, there arent instructions, just an exploded diagram, which is only partially helpful as an installation reference. Since replacing, this component has worked flawlessly - wahoo! For the $12.86 it cost to purchase this part, it is absurd that Crealty doesnt include this as stock on their printers. For $12.86 with free shipping, Crealtys cost to make it has to be $2 or $3.

Surprises all over the place! I was thinking this extruder would be a cheap piece. Its a LOT stronger than it looks. And the new style of the PTFE Tubing capture holds stronger than I thought it would. The Capricorn tubing is really good. This version seems a little stiffer than the other versions I have used. the cutter is perfect, as usual. The wheels are well, wheels But I had one going so It will do the trick! Still cannot figure out what the treaded sleeve is for. This Kit is exactly what the Dr. Ordered, and it all fit like a dream!

The aluminum extruder is more sturdy than the stock extruder, and is easier to load the filament which is a plus in my book. Ive just got done printing over 60hrs of material since purchasing and installing the extruder and the capricorn tubing and havent had a single problem. I also needed a few more of the bearing wheels, due to others wearing out, and they work like a charm also. Would definitely recommend this kit.

This is a nice direct drive in the Bowden format.

Capricorn tube is much better than the stock one, the filament feeding is much better. The extruder is also good quality better than the plastic stock one. Great product with good price

Either I am a Complete moron or the screw for the spring support is stripped. I tried holding it in with pliers and it keeps pushing out. the other parts wen on easy. if can get help or something i will change my review

This fit and worked amazingly. Had no issues with it functioning and working as it was supposed to.
