The 28 is not that size, does not meet standard international travel guidelines: too large. Also deceptive to not say size with wheels which makes it too high, is also too wide for allowance. Airline wanted to charge me $400. to take!

The suitcase has these cheap plastic wheels that were not sturdy enough for my suitcase to roll easily to and from airport and onto a cruise ship. I had to really struggle to get it to roll correctly and it caused a lot of stress for my vacation. And they won’t consider a refund or return it because it’s been 30 days. However I didn’t go on vacation until just recently which is barely over 30 days when I used it

My suitcase arrived in perfect condition and was exactly as described. I was so happy to receive it, as it is a replacement for another suitcase in the same set that was damaged by the airline baggage handlers. Looking forward to using it on my next trip.

Excellent quality

This was to replace another Kathy piece of luggage in the same color. We like that we can find our bag easily as it comes off the plane.

1st Trip recvd 8 compliments! Absolutely Beautiful! Sturdy! Stylish! Unique! and Light!. Rolls easy. I also have Samsonite Luggage so I know when luggage is well put together. Beautiful luggage tags already attached. I thought the handles were not sturdy - too flimsy and would bend...turns out they were perfect.

This luggage is very beautiful but it is very heavy even when empty so you will need to remember that when packing for a flight. Wheels did not glide as well as I expected and one appears to be falling off. The handle is not very sturdy, when pushing the bag it seems to have a lot of wiggle so many times I just had to pull it behind me while leaning it over and not utilizing all of the wheels. If I could return it I would because it just does not perform as well as expected.

The quality of the bag is perfect and in some very nice size
