I purchased this as i bought a new laptop that had an incredibly slow sata hard drive installed in it, i know windows 10 is very slow on many laptops including mine so this ssd drive sped things up quite impressively.

This is a quality drive, and if I can judge it based on past products from Crucial such as the RAM in my desktop PC built five years ago, it will be fine for the long haul.
