This cable extension is a must have if you have a late model corvette and you want to be able to close the rear hatch completely. The cable that comes with the Ctek charger is to thick and causes the rear trunk on the corvette to pop up and I think long term storage on fiberglass that would be bad. The extension cord lies flat and you can actually slide it in the gap even with the rear hatch fully closed. Well worth the good price.

Nice fit for your Ctek charger. Now I can reach perfectly the cigarette lighter receptacle located in the medium console of the car with a lot of cable spare, so my battery tender is affixed to the wall. Recommended for a Ctek product.

Worked great to extend the charging connector on my motorcycle. The battery on my BMW R1200CL is under the gas tank and this extension makes it very easy to hook up the charger.

Got this to go with new Ctek for my NSX with connections under front hood. Easier to connect using this & keep Ctek up away from ground & car.

I bought two of these cables so I can charge my battery while my truck sits in my driveway. I use one extension when I can get close enough to the overhead door, I add the second when it is a little further back (leaving room to get my trash / recycling cans and other stuff in and out of my garage). So far both work as intended, and no problems when using two extensions together.

it makes it longer so you can plug it in more conveniently. exactly as you would expect. both ends water sealed just as the others so you can plug it in outside and trust it wont short out. i would argue 1 of these should come in the kit, but its all good still a great product

A must have for any CTECK user! This is on my 68 GTO and I have it wired so the comfort connector stays on the battery terminals and comes out of the grill. All you need to do is route it away safely down and through the front grill. I have it secured in such a way I can easily disconnect my car from the wall charger unit and tuck the comfort connector away until I pull the car back in the garage. My only gripe is that this unit didn’t come with a rubber end cap. Easy fix though because I took the one off the wall charger unit. The car is going to see more of the elements than the charger in my garage so it only makes sense that the comfort connector would be capped off. All in all, one of the best investments for any classic car owner/collector. Thanks Jay(Leno) for putting me on to CTEK!

Perhaps a bit pricy but if you need to extend your CTEK charger this is what you need. As other reviewers mentioned it should come with a rubber cap on the connector but besides that its great.

***See update at end*** I have my CTEK battery tender on a shelf and use this extension to reach into my car, via a CTEK cigarette lighter adapter. About every other day I find the lights blinking indicating a poor connection. I have tracked down the problem to the coupling between the main unit and this cable. The clips fasten tightly, everything is clean and firm, yet when the fault occurs the slightest touch will restore connection, only to fail again sometime later. Its unknown what causes it to break connection as this runs through a completely undisturbed location in a very clean garage. The convenience of the extra length is great, but the reason for being is to maintain a battery and its not doing its job. Relying on this to keep your battery topped up will result in disappointment if its prone to random failure such as this. I cannot recommend it. UPDATE: I unclipped the Comfort Connect cable and very carefully applied a conductive paste (Ox-Gard) with a toothpick inside each of the two barrels of the female side of the connector, then reconnected. This has solved the problem and the connection is now stable, device working properly. Sloppy build quality but easy fix.
