I like that they add just enough light for a dark corner I have. Not a reading light. It looks cool in the clear glass globe of the lamp.

I have a small industrial looking light in a corner of my house and all the Edison bulbs seemed to bright .I ordered this bulb and it is just right not too bright not too dim. Just right for my little lamp!

We needed a bulb that would illuminate in such a way as to create a small pool of ambient light, and this does give a nice warm and antique feel to the shaded lamp. I do not know the kelvin temperature, but it you are looking for a soft soothing look, then you will not be disappointed. They even packed the bulbs with each having its own individual box, and these were custom fit to a larger box. It is a nice touch and shows the company puts some serious thought into the product. These would be great for a bar or something where you want a darker ambiance. They are not just warm white theyre pretty dim.

The bulbs I received are just bland transparent glass, no amber colored glass whatsoever. Sending them back to their maker.
