So far so good the only thing i dont like is the new Windows OS. But just hate new things, except for this new pc is very nice and i couldnt build any cheaper in todays current supply issues.

PLEASE do yourself a favor, buy an aftermarket cooler for ~$40 and replace the stock one, as I saw >80C temps while playing certain games. Intel CPU stock fans are known to be pretty trash. Regarding replacing the CPU cooler, the stock backplate is glued to the back of the motherboard, so it can be a bit scary pulling it off to install the new one.

Everything came neat and well packaged. Followed simple steps and had everything up and running quickly!

First PC and definitely a good purchase. Very good PC for the price

For being my first pc it was easy no hassle

I have purchased two of these computers for my sons. Both of them are having issues connecting to the wifi and are getting 2mbs at the most. All of the other computers I have are running at 70mbs. I hope cyberpowerpc begins working properly.

Everything about the buying process was easy. Being able to customize things on a pre-built was so helpful. This was my first full-fledge gaming PC and setting everything was simple. Everything is running smoothly. It is exactly what I wanted.

I like the speed and how quiet it is

The computer has been adequate at best. Despite boasting modern specs it is unable to run many graphics intensive games without the game or the computer itself crashing. It has an issue with the keyboard not functioning after waking from sleep mode and needing to be unplugged and plugged back in. The port placement on the top of the desktop is illadvised, leaving it vulnerable to dust, as is the vents on the top of the computer. It tends to run adequately in most other situations and the flaws of the OS are more Microsofts issues than the manufacturers per se.
