These lights broke apart the first time I went to untangle them. After writing a review, the company contacted me and apologized. They asked if I would like a refund or a new order of lights. I chose to get a new set of lights. They immediately put two packs of lights in the mail and they arrived in two days time. I had only ordered one set originally :). Both sets worked perfectly! The soft lighting is a great addition to any outdoor party.

Theyre just the right size to add a little touch of whimsy to any room! For some reason, they seem to dim after a few mins of use. Just got mine so hopefully they will last and its only a battery issue. Other than that, I really loved them! Bought a second set! Update: they do not last long. The battery life is terrible and light fades to nothing. Shame!

I got these lights in the mail pretty quick, but they died after just one day of setting them up. Whenever I would turn them on they would start to dim seconds after and then turn off completely. Maybe I just happened to get a bad one, but I dont recommend as they dont last very long.

I got these in the mail. I put in the batteries and they dont work. Returned the item but didnt ask for a new one. Reddit of the last review. Company contacted me about my review and wanted to fix them problem with the lights. I told them the issue and didnt request a replacement. They contacted me at once a month in the past 2 months since i bought the product. I tried to return the broken light but sadly lost them in my move to my new place so i wasnt able to return them. They offered to resend me new lights free of charge. I got them in the mail today. They Work! I appreciate the fact that company made sure that it wasnt something they did. They also kept in touched with me about the product.

I purchased these lights and upon receiving them, placed new batteries into them. The lights were VERY dull to begin with and it was hardly noticeable that they were on. They continued to get dimmer and dimmer through the few hours I had them on and eventually just stopped working a few days after I purchased them. I would highly recommend not purchasing these.

I like these lights overall, but they are not as bright or shiny as they appear in the photos. They are sort of matte bulbs so they are not sparkly or twinkly, and they arent bright enough to project much light into the room. They sort of create the effect of those little lights around the marquis at an old movie theater or something, which is not exactly what I was going for but I dont mind. They work just fine and they are easy to use. Worth the price.

After about a week of having them installed with fresh batteries (and only having them on for 5 minutes at a time to take pictures on three different days), the lights started to dim and flicker. At this point, I dont turn them on, because when I do, its so dim and flickery that it seems either like a circuit problem, or maybe they just suck battery really quickly? That, and the light is VERY yellow. Now I love yellow lights, and much prefer them to white lights, but these are like. A yellow that doesnt match the gold yellow of other yellow lights. They were very calming and beautiful when they were the only things lit in the house, but again, they really didnt last long at all. And in case anyone is wondering, the bulbs themselves are really quite small, maybe just an inch in diameter, and are glued onto the LED string. Not a problem or an aesthetic issue, just thought Id share that. If the circuits were better, or the battery life with these lights lasted more than a total of 15 minutes or so (in a way that would let me relax by a soft yellow glow in the evenings!), Id love these more. Christmas lights have better life, even though you have to plug them in, so take your pick! If youre ok with replacing the batteries often, I dont see why this is a product you should avoid.

Bought for Daughters birthday. Arrived on time unfortunately when we put batteries in one of the two strands only one would work. Wouldve loved to have both work. The one that worked we did like.
