DampRid Hanging Bag, Moisture Absorber, 1 box of 3 bag (16 oz. each bag.), Blue

Someone told me about this product and I tried it in multiple closets. Appears to work as water is in the bag below. Im no scientist though so not sure if its a trick or not? There are crystals in the top portion and they do smell a little chemical-ish but since they are hung in a closet, no problem there. The crystals absorb the moisture in the air and then it drips down into the bag below. Pretty slick! Ill have to continue this since each bag filled up and I wouldnt want that moisture in my closet to ruin my clothing or shoes etc....

I didn’t realize DampRid now makes scented bags, until I opened the Amazon box. I never look at the pictures, & it didn’t talk about scent in the description. I did finally find it way down below ‘Have a question?’ It works great, but I won’t be able to hang it in my closet. I’m pretty sure I can use it under my kitchen sink, so there’s the up side.

My basement is a lot less damp since using damp rid. I would recommend it for anyone with damp basement

Simple, it does what it claims to do. Collects the moisture and takes away the mildew smells. Worth it..

I used this product to remove moisture from the electrical system in my cadillac. Water had gotten down into the electrical mechanics of the door and was causing my electrical system to go crazy(randomly rolling down the rear window, not being able to roll it back up until it felt like it..I purchased this produce, hung it in my vehicle and have not had an issue since..

Have used the product for years, pulls the moisture out of the air, really like it for closets and basements , but use it thru out the house as I live in a damp area

This is really helpful and easy to use in closets and other humid spaces. We live in Austin and we need to replace these bags about every 2-3 months. Totally worth it and it is crazy just how much water is absorbed. Definitely recommend.

The last time I purchased these, I had received 2 boxes of 3 bags each. This order contained only 1 box. For the price I paid ($23.99), I did expect 2 boxes. After all, I could have purchased them in my local home depot for $11.97 a box.

It makes my closet smell fresh.
