> 24 hourIt dries lighter than other watercolors, but is a very nice chroma. I am slowly replacing all of my watercolors with Daniel Smith. It looks like it is the same cost if you dont see that youre getting 15 ml. and not 5 ml. as with other brands.

> 24 hourHad been wanting a tube of DS Quin Gold and it did not disappoint. Gorgeous and creamy rich gold. I did not achieve quite the same effect with Amazonite Genuine as the well-published images show. Perhaps those were taken with the old Quin Gold. It is still lovely and mixes beautifully with several colors. A keeper. Posting the well-published Quin Gold and Amazonite pic referred to above; not mine.

> 24 hourI use tube paint to make pans for travel. The colour is vibrant, it rewears easily once panned and dry. Lovely paint.

> 24 hourI bought quinacridone pink and it smelled so badly of mildew and/or mold that I had to seal it in a plastic bag. I returned it and got a replacement and that one was just as bad. Completely unusable. Beware the quin pink!
