Darn Tough Vermont Hiker 1/4 Socks Cushion

I now own a half dozen of these Darn Tough Socks, in various lengths and you can wear them for several days if you stay dry... and speaking of dry, these dry quickly. I especially love the fact they are light, and you can wear a silk liner if you desire for extra protection without compromising your skin on your feet to blisters.

After less than a year the socks shrunk with normal washing. They are not wearable. They may be designated dam tough socks but cannot stand a normal wash.

They are so comfortable! And theyre not hot. I was afraid they would be, but theyre not. Theyre just socks, so I dont know what else to say about them other than recommend you buy some. You might want to buy them straight from the manufacturer, though, because they cost the same and I understand theres a serious counterfeit problem with this brand.

I have a bunch of the darn tough hiker socks that go higher up the ankle, this one fits just as well but the one weakness is the cuff is very tight, so rather than applying even pressure all throughout the sock height to keep it on your feet, it cinches in on the elastic part making it very noticeable and not very comfortable. Glad I only bought one pair, I’ll have to find another SKU that is better designed.

So far so good. A little pricey, but very comfortable. I tend to get sweaty feet in the warmer months, these really help with that issue. Top notch quality. Will definitely buy more in the future to come.
