Dell Adapter-USB C to DisplayPort Laptop

office has 2 monitors with DP only input. use these with my MacBook for use there perfectly. has a soft flexible dongle to allow 2 to be used side by side.

What is an able to tell it did not work

None of the new pcs come with support for 3 monitors. This adapter did just that.

The monitor was detected by my laptop correctly, but every time I tried to switch to DisplayPort input, the monitor would show these weird lines, and I get no image. Also, these lines almost damaged my monitor. Because even after switching back to HDMI, these lines remained. It took a lot of calibration to get rid of them! According to my laptops specs, it does support DisplayPort over USB-C. The odd thing is, it worked fine with my Samsung phone (same monitor, port, and cable).

Works like a charm with MacBook Pro 2020 paired with Dell ultrasharp 27’ monitor at 60hz (previous owned other cable that was blinking)

Possible operator error but I have bought 3 HDMI cables and not one fits. Im giving up and buying a HDMI with USBc end.

Just what I needed for my Dell XPS 13 9360 to hook to a big desktop monitor with DisplayPort. The Monitor is a Dell model if that matters.

Could not get full resolution on HP ultra wide QHD through HDMI. This adaptor was the perfect solution for my 2020 Macbook pro.

It works and was 75% cheaper than closest cable alternative when I purchased it.
