Weve had Inspirons for the last 3 laptops. This one doesnt have any programs on it, and yet it seems very very slow.

& wanted two good search engines, but Was frustrated by all the roadblocks thrown in by the hype telling me how good MICROSOFT EDGE was. i just could not load GOOGLE. I finally returned the Laptop.

Experienced a a Microsoft Scam one day after delivery. Related to When I purchased the computer it was to have Security Hardware on it. Did not per the scammer. Needed to send $99.95 to get the refund from Microsoft. Hah! Not sure why this would happen immediately after delivered. I was not on new computer. So scammer did not know Do not want anything possibly associated to this experience. Very disconcerting. RATINGS NOT RELATED TO THE PRODUCT - BUT required in order to post this information.

I liked everything.

I like this laptop, but for what ever reason if youre not looking pretty much straight down at the key pads, its difficult to seethe letters. Second, it wont recognize my external speakers, which is a real bummer because I love music. Overall its a good laptop it should serve me well for many years.

No tiene luz en el teclado

When I received the laptop it powered up got it all set up and it was running fine. Today two or three weeks later it would not power up. I had a Tech look at it and he determined that the laptop was dead and useless. Unfortunately my return window has passed so Im out a little over $300 for a laptop that doesnt work

Did not come with a charging cable and thats a huge disappointment for a brand new laptop.

Good for kids homework.

Computer is a nightmare. Have to by pass the windows program to download things that arent Microsoft/windows compatible. Never would have bought it if I knew that.
