> 24 hourI bought this charger on Dec/2020 and it stopped working on 6/13/2021. Very bad quality, need to know whom to contact for claiming the 1 year warranty ?

> 24 hourAppears to be OEM quality commodity deliverable way sooner than direct purchase from OEM.

> 24 hourSimilar experience with others--baffling, since this laptop is used only an hour or two a day, so the charger is unlikely to have been working for all too much time.

> 24 hourThis is an update. I got this charger in July 2022, it worked for a while. The light went off and it stopped in October, started up again and has finally stopped a short while ago! Got same one in 2020 and it lasted till July 2022 when I replaced it. This is too expensive to fail in a few months. It is not a perishable!

> 24 hourIve had my laptop for six years now, and in that time Ive bought 3 Dell-issued charging cables in addition to the original. Thats 4 charging cables in 6 years, adding up to ~$120 just so my laptop will function. For comparison, theres been a Toshiba laptop in my family for over a decade and the original cable still works. Im tired of having to replace charging cables so frequently, and with the other problems Ive had with my Dell computer this could honestly be the final straw that convinces me to sell it and go back to something more reliable.

> 24 hourAt first, it was great - an exact replacement of the original XPS13 power cord, which had frayed badly right next to the tip. After less than 3 months of use, this replacement just died. I thought maybe my surge protector was dying, but nope - other things worked in that, and this charger wont power up in any plug in my house. I should have known the low price was too good to be true. It may have been genuine Dell, because Dell batteries for XPS laptops wont recharge on non-Dell chargers, but it must have been a factory reject. Very very disappointed in the poor quality.

> 24 hourMy Dell XPS13 had two problems - battery nearing end of life and plugged in - not charging. The second the more serious issue, meaning the computer can run off AC power (often with reduced CPU) but wont recharge the battery. Sometimes, this can simply be a problem with the charger connectivity wearing out but a new charger alone didnt fix things for me. The combination of a new charger and battery did. Working great about 3 weeks in.
