Dell Latitude E5550 15.6in Laptop, Core i5-5300U 2.3GHz, 8GB Ram, 240GB SSD, Windows 10 Pro 64bit (Renewed)

What a great pc for the price. Easy to set up and flawless operation. Added Office 16 for super cheap. Planning to purchase another. Replaced an older Lenovo AMD with 500 gig HD. The refurbed Dell with 224 gig SSD is more than adequate for home use and this machine is quiet....really quiet and very fast.

This product is a re-certified Dell Laptop sold by Joy Systems out of NJ. Their products look like new! The only problem that I had involved shipping. The original unit was badly damaged during shipping, but I easily obtained RMA approval from Joy Systems which included a pre-paid shipping label. Due to not having a laptop with the same specs available, Joy Systems gave me an up-graded unit. The up-grades included i7 processor (instead of I5), a 512 GB ssd (instead of a 256 GB ssd), discreet Nvidia Graphic Card (not CPU based graphics), 1080p screen resolution (instead of 1366 x 728), and 16 gigs of system memory (originally 8 gigs). We had some issues with the turn-around time (thus the 4 star rating), but I am very happy with the end results.

This laptop arrived in perfect condition; it looks like a brand new computer. Windows setup went smoothly with no problems. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that it was pre-loaded with Chrome, iTunes, VLC Media Player, Libre Office, and Foxit PDF reader. A GREAT buy for the money, the wife doesnt do a lot on it but it works great for her.

Ive had this for about two months and used it perhaps a handful of times for classes. The first issue I had is sticky keys, which isnt too terrible all things considered. The next I found was that the audio jack does not connect half the time, so headphones and headsets arent an option most of the time.

The initial laptop had a problem, the comma key didnt work so we returned it and received another laptop in days and it works great! Their response to the problem was super. I think Ill get another!

This laptop was ordered and shipped on time. A good quality refurb. with a good price. It does work as expected. Thank you for loading the Open Office also. Nice bonus. I would recommend this company.

I cant say enough good things about this computer. I bought it refurbished but If someone had sent this to me and said it was brand new I wouldnt have known any different! I highly recommend this company and computer!

Not a Gaming machine, not a touch screen, just a very nice laptop for normal use, I LOVE the backlit keyboard !!! Arrived very fast in excellent shape, I am using it right now to write this review. Just wish I had known it was not able to be upgraded to WIN 11, I might have bought something else. Works great though, plenty fast for my purposes !!
