Already sent one back due to it not working. Within a week this one did the same thing. Unfortunately I missed the return window by a few days and now I’m stuck with a $30 charger that doesn’t work.

Purchased this original Dell charger for my Dell XPS 13 9360 in October 2021. After less than one year of use (summer 2022) the power cable that goes from the charger to the laptop came out of its protective cover. Reported this after return to the US in Feb 2023. Seller offered no solution as product warranty expires after one year. Better purchase directly from Amazon and be covered for two years.

Arrived on time, looks like Dell OEM, works perfectly. Dell diagnostics detect it as 45 watt power supply.

Replaced my original cord after the plastic coating wore off around the joints. The new cord works very well, but it still sometimes sits plugged in without charging and sometimes has to be plugged in and taken out and then plugged in again before it will start charging. This was a problem with my original cord too when new, so its probably a fault with the design in general. Definitely an acceptable replacement cord.

A++++++ seller! good product, Ive bought Replacement AC Adapter Charger for Dell Inspiron 15 3000 5000 Series before none of them works for my Dell Inspiron 15 5558 but this new one works well.

It does not work..when I plug it in the green light goes off after 10 seconds it does not work..just tried a generic one on my computer and worked just fine.It was brought to Costa Rica so no chance for return lost the money,thought if buy an original will be best but turn out I wouldve been better of with a generic charger

I was crossing my fingers that the issue was the old cord. Thankfully the new cord solved the problem. Under $30 (It was $28.88 at the time I ordered, its now $24.50) and arrived in aprox 48 hours. The cord design sucks but thats the fault of Dell, not this retailer.
