I like the fact that it was labeled as a dell power unit and not a knock off, but paid about $10 more!

I bought this charger for my dell because the original broke but now Im having the same charging issues again. I dont know if its this specific model but theres just so many issues with dell products; I owned dell in 2012 which broke in 2014, switched to mac, gave dell a 2nd shot with the rumored powerhouse xps 15 9570 in 2018, guess whos probably gonna have to buy another charger? dell customer service SUCKS. if youre looking into getting this model of computer, avoid avoid avoid

I am very pleased with this charger for my laptop. I already have one which is the original that came with my laptop, but this charger is identical to the original. I was skeptical and thought it was not going to be as good as the original, but it totally is. I think this charger is even more durable as the materials seem very sturdy

This travel charger is for Dell Precission 5530, I lost mine while traveling and this one look exactly the same, Dell logo, same model number. Made in China. If you dont mind without logo there is generic charger which looks exactly the same except the logo. My guess they are made in factory just next door in China, this version only half the price.

These charge really well and as expected. However, in almost every one I have owned (which has been a lot, since I do IT work for a small company and we exclusively use Dell XPS machines), where the cable meets the power converter brick, the sheathing often pulls away revealing the wires inside. They still work, mind you, but they look more likely to break or get raw wires exposed. I’d give these five stars if they would reinforce that connection.

It was OEM, it came looking new worked as expected, not a lot I can say about a power supply other than it fits and powers the devices and showed no signs of getting to hot or being a danger.

Bought in January and now won’t even charge or hold a charge. Pin broke to easily. Stuck again trying to get a charger. Glad I have a USB-C on that works or I would be out for weeks waiting for a charger that actually works.
