It is a decent monitor, the problem I have with it is the speaker audio, it is so quiet that I cannot use it on zoom. My 7 year old monitor has louder speakers than this one, but I am not surprised because it is a Dell monitor.

I have two of these monitors. Great picture and features. Problem is that the computer with Windows 7 will not recognize or install the webcam. Dell does not even post the drivers on their website. They originally had them when I purchased the monitor and they did not work. Now, they are not even posted on their website. I have had their tech support log into my computer to try to fix it and they basically gave up.

Color and image quality is great for this monitor. Love the built in speakers and camera. USB C charging is also great and convenient with video as well. All around great monitor!

Love having the integrated sound and camera but the sound is often staticky. I already exchanged once because I thought I had a defective model, but the same thing happens with the replacement. I find myself often having to switch to phone audio on my zoom calls because I can’t hear.

I could not be happier. I am using this in a dual monitor set up and it really puts my other monitor to shame. Being dell you cant go wrong. 5 STARS

I wanted a monitor with built-in speakers and a webcam. The speakers have about half the volume that is adequate. Watching a movie, if someone is talking in a normal voice you have to really concentrate to hear them. Very disappointing. I have several TVs that are about the same thickness and the speakers in them are many times louder. The webcam is not much better. The webcam can be pushed into the top of the frame for privacy. However, it often will not easily pop up when needed. The picture quality is absolutely awful. If you are wanting a webcam for a rare occasion you might need one, then this will get you by. If you plan on using it often, you are way better off buying a cheap cam that mounts on top. The monitor itself is nice. The stand is sturdy and well-made. I just wish they would have spent fifteen more cents for better speakers and cam.

I am so frustrated that I recently bought this monitor and it no longer working. Dell does not support it because the warranty is only one year long . This is a very short life for a monitor at this price. When I replace it, I will not be purchasing a Dell product again!!

Camera stopped working (it turned on when pushed down and vice versa), called Dell, and after brief troubleshooting they agreed to send a replacement, which arrived just two business days later. Amazing! Works flawlessly with our HP and Lenovo Windows laptops, and MacBook Air. USB-C charging and display on a single included cable. Sharp; good speaker; decent autofocus camera for video calls; although microphone muffled compared with iPhone. Our Dell warranty period had activated 2 months before purchase from Amazon, something to look out for or correct if registering. Top marks, value for money, we bought a second one!
