> 24 hourTheres a difference between IPS Glow and Light bleeds. Bezels can change how light bleeds from the edges and mine was pretty bad. I was disappointed to see this but it seems pretty common with Ultrasharp series as they use thinner bezels. I also have 3 x U2723QE that I purchased from Dell directly and I had to go through 2 replacements to receive ones that have minimal bleeds. I bought this 32 inch from Amazon because it is cheaper than buying it from Dell directly but Amazon wont let me do a replacements. I have to return this for full refund, so I am considering a different brand instead going back to this model.

> 24 hourI bought a new U3219 during the pandemic. I only used it for ~6 mo total b/c it is in a secondary location. Picture was great, until it developed dead pixels, then the whole screen went bad after 18 mo of ownership, just outside warranty.

> 24 hourMake sure your order is being fulfilled and shipped by Amazon. Fantastic monitors (Ordered 2), they feature everything I was expecting. However, Big Box LLC sent me used monitors. Messages to the seller go unanswered, so Ill be returning them since I cant accept receiving used products when it was labeled as new, and especially at this price point, its unacceptable.

> 24 hourWhile it is early days, this monitor does the job. My previous monitor was a Samsung 275T which was an outstanding performer for 15 years of mainly graphics and general office work. This panel only takes up slightly more desk space for a significantly larger screen. Time will tell but so far I am happy with the performance and appearance. Calibration is done at the factory and the results enclosed with the monitor. Colors are well saturated, contract is excellent, brightness at default (75%) settings is more than adequate. Ive not tried the hub I/O or the internal speakers which are low priority for me. If this monitor lasts half as long as my previous one, it will represent good value.

> 24 hourI bought the monitor to use with my windows desktop and MacBook, and the software drivers for the MacBook did not work correctly. Dell support told me that the only laptops that were supported were windows and that no MacBooks of any kind were supported!

> 24 hourI have had the LG UltraFine 5K for years now, so thats my primary benchmark. I also recently tried the new Apple Studio monitor. That one wins from a pure quality point of view, but its just too pricey for what offers. The Dell I had to fiddle with settings to get it to stop looking terrible. Im specifically mostly concerned with text clarity because Im a software developer, and this would be my primary monitor to stare at code all day. The Dell is OK once you set it to one notch over into scaled with more space in Apples dumbed down selector. I would have expected the Dells native to be optimal, so that was weird. I also use this one vertically.. so one note is that 32 vertical is just about too tall. I found my neck cricking just a bit when looking up to the top (I have it centered in front of my eyes). Anyways, even with fiddling, the quality is not there. I shouldnt expect it, either, given the difference in pixel density, but I thought Id see if it was good enough. Not quite, in my view. But Im finicky. The brightness was just about good enough. A smidge less bright than the UltraFine, but in my room with lots of windows it did OK. I wish there were more Retina monitors available. I started looking mainly because Ive noticed some ghosting on my UltraFines, and I dont really want to buy this old technology again, but I also dont want to spend $1700 for basically the same thing screen-wise. So this one is OK, but just barely good enough for my purposes. I decided not to keep it.

> 24 hourAs a visualization artist, color is very important to me. I have tried 6 different monitors recently and IPS black displays have consistently come out on top as the best bang for the buck. If you have the money to afford a 4K mini led or oled monitor then by all means but these dell monitors having amazing image quality for the price. Having tried both the 27” and 32” version I can say the only difference was size and price. Although 4K on a 27” has greater ppi, the picture quality on the 32” was almost indistinguishable from the 27”. The 32” is however $300 more, so if you don’t need the extra space, go with the 27”. Both monitors us the LG IPS Black displays, so if you want panels with the exact same picture quality, you can buy LG’s version of the monitors for significantly cheaper. $650 vs $850 for the 32” version. What Dell does is buy the display, improves quality control and warranty, packages it better by making it frameless on 4 sides instead of 3, adds features like a built in hub, kvm etc, so if you need all those extra features then buy Dell but if you’re just looking for an IPS display with the same image quality, LG has alternatives for much cheaper.

> 24 hourThis monitor with the build in USB C docking station and KVM switch works great for my purposes. I have a 7 year old HP Omen workstation laptop that only has HDMI video out and standard USB along with my work laptop which is a 3 month old HP ProBook with USB C docking port. Connected both laptops through this monitor with single mouse and keyboard and can switch between devices with no problem. Just had to figure out which USB port on the monitor needed to connect to the older HP Omen for mouse and keyboard since the documentation that comes with the device is very sparce. I my work office I have a 38 wide curved monitor connected to the HP ProBook connected through a Belkin dock that is recommended by HP and the setup is very flakey (That is technical jargon for the monitor doesnt always detect the video signal) This is not the case with this Dell monitor syncs right away and always remembers its settings. Very pleased with the functionality. I am a software programmer and primarily use Visual Studio and SSMS so my opinion on the video/graphic quality of this monitor is purely from the writing point of view. Im not a gamer.

> 24 hourWe bought this monitor to use with our new Mac M2 Airbook and were blown away by the crisp colors and true blacks. We are photographers and designers and work constantly and extensively in Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, and Topaz Labs products, and this monitor delivers amazing clarity and color. We looked at SO many models before buying, trying to match Mac M2 compatibility with an excellent connectivity hub and comfortable position settings - this is it - this monitor will adjust up and down, tilt front to back, and even pivot from landscape to portrait mode, which is perfect for writing documents. This will be the monitor everyone in your house wants, but you keep locked away for YOU. Its truly a fabulous piece of hardware and would make an excellent gift. Expensive, maybe a bit more than some, but for the increase in productivity you will get in using this baby, its worth it...and hundreds of dollars less than an Apple display. Its so much easier to work on the fine details of gigapixel photos while enlarged to 1200% on a quality large screen.

> 24 hourMy monitor had some minor faults, but the return experience with this seller was absolutely seamless.
