DELL WD15 Monitor Dock 4K with 130W Adapter, USB-C, (450-AFGM, 6GFRT) (Renewed)]

Item came clean and in good shape. Included power supply and lightning connector. Plugged into my laptop and connected my USB mouse/keybord and monitor. Works great!

At the end of the day it does its job with a bit of fiddling. The USB C connector was cracked and hanging off on arrival. I repaired it with electrical tape but I am still seeing an issue with connecting to my laptop. It has issues after being plugged in during initial docking with my laptops (Surface device and a Dell device from 2019), it takes up to 6 attempts to get the monitors to mount correctly with my laptops. Otherwise power delivery is a touch lower than advertised but I feel that has more to do with my units physical defects upon arrival.

There is only 1 vga plug in And 1 hdmi plug. No display ports So if you are going to use two monitors. Make sure you get the appropriate wiring connections needed.

Simply put I bought one renewed. It didnt work. I believe it was due to the USB C cable. It would turn on but nothing would send. For those unaware, it takes some tools to remove the USB cable; however, most people might not have those tools or knowledge to replace the cable. Beware!

Ive had problems with the connection out of the box but thought it would be ok. Its only getting worse. The connection to the laptop is not solid instead its wobbly. I know its not my laptop because this doesnt happen in the office. Im constantly having to unplug and find the sweet spot so it will extend to my displays. Lately my laptop is telling me that it is not charging which tells me the cord connection is bad. Please replace! Ive requested a replacement through Amazon. I hope this gets resolved soon.

I got tired of plugging and unplugging a bunch of cables when I come in and out of the office. This lets me connect everything to the dock and only plug in power and USB-C. I wish it could power through USB-C but thats the fault of the laptop, not the dock. This was supposed to be Renewed but it looks brand new. Im very pleased.

Unfortunately my refurbished product was defective and would randomly lose power but the power brick light would stay lit; the indicator light on the WD15 and all usb/display would randomly shut off. The seller provided excellent customer service and accepted to refund the defective item, thanks

I wanted a dock that is more stable than the lightweight options available. I also wanted something that has a longer cable. This adapter checks all these boxes. It apparently does not have a USB-C port but my current laptop has two of those so I am still able to use one for my purpose.

I am now able to work from home. It is wonderful. I highly recommend.

I bought this docking station for my Dell laptop precision and it work very well. Very happy with my purchase.
