Despite the promises, the dock looks 10 years old, with scratches and all. Worse, it makes all kinds of noises. Not worth it.

Works wonderfully! Got it just in. Few days- easy to put together (for a none tech savvy individual) was impressed on the quality and time of delivery.

AC/DC adapter is providing power. Plug into the dock and the power light blinks 3x. According to manual, this means dock is seeing power from source. Will not turn on.

I ordered 3 of these. The first one out of the box still had the previous owners inventory sticker on it, and it wouldnt power on. And its not a small sticker - its 2 inches by 3 inches, in silver. The second one has a broken USB port - the blue plastic protecting the wires is missing. Both of these should have been fixed even before sending them back out, or in the case of the second one, not even sent. The third one has random USB connect/disconnect issues. Im returning all three for a refund. I dont want to both with more flaky renewed ones.

The USB-C port (which is physically attached to the device... its not a cable) came cosmetically damaged and wrapped in black electrical tape. Seems a little finicky when plugging in.

I bought this dock to work with my work laptop and 2 external monitors for my work-at-home setup. It works perfectly and is the same brand and make as the one I use at my office.

Replace similar product From Amazon that broke when using in home office. Integrated usb c cabling separated from pins. This device replaced it. Hope it. Lasts longer.

So I guess its my fault for not reading but you cant use the usb to hdmi at the same time you are using the hdmi. Also, the actual reason I would put 3 stars is that the fan is noisy in an unpleasant way.

Needed an extra docking station for use at home. This works so well. I tried a universal unit that wouldn’t work that actually cost me more than this unit. Very happy.

The fan didn’t work then started working intermittently. It would come on for seconds then Cut off and come back on about 7 or 8 times in a row then nothing for hours and sometimes days. They sent me a second one and the fan has yet to come on and I have had it a few weeks now.
