> 24 hourThe fan noise on this was so loud that it disrupted calls and was very distracting. Went from 0 to 100 every minute or so for just a few seconds, even though the unit was not hot. Called Dell with my free new computer support and the updated the firmware driver....still didnt stop the noise or fan function. Sad, but returning it to buy a different model because the plugs and other functionality were just fine for my Dell XPS 9500 that unfortunately takes 180W charging dock if I want to eliminate my power cord.

> 24 hourI bought this dock to work with my work laptop and 2 external monitors for my work-at-home setup. It works perfectly and is the same brand and make as the one I use at my office.

> 24 hourReplace similar product From Amazon that broke when using in home office. Integrated usb c cabling separated from pins. This device replaced it. Hope it. Lasts longer.

> 24 hourSo I guess its my fault for not reading but you cant use the usb to hdmi at the same time you are using the hdmi. Also, the actual reason I would put 3 stars is that the fan is noisy in an unpleasant way.

> 24 hourThe fan didn’t work then started working intermittently. It would come on for seconds then Cut off and come back on about 7 or 8 times in a row then nothing for hours and sometimes days. They sent me a second one and the fan has yet to come on and I have had it a few weeks now.

> 24 hourReceived product today. It wrapped in brown paper and rubberbands. No documents, packing slip, or anything (pic attached) Simple device to plug and play. I hooked it to my computer and it said device could not be recognized. To unplug device and try again. If error persist, device may be malfunctioned. Not to quote, but along those lines. The device fan did come on when I initially plugged it in; its incredibly loud. I unplugged the device power supply and the fan stopped. I plugged it in again and the fan did not come. I received the same error from my PC. I noticed that both the light on the box and the cord did not come on (pic attached). I thought maybe it was a weak connection, so I checked the cord to the PC. I notice that it was bent (pic attached) in comparison to the one previously owned (pic attached). I will return the product.

> 24 hourThe USB-C port (which is physically attached to the device... its not a cable) came cosmetically damaged and wrapped in black electrical tape. Seems a little finicky when plugging in.
