Perfect hook for robe or towel. We installed it on the back of a door without any problems. Very sturdy and nice heavy weight / finish.

Heavy and solid, should last a long time. very happy with all the parts I bought from Delta, expensive but worth it, love the solid heavy feel when using the faucets, shower heads and sprayers.

These are nice hooks but not what I needed. I had to take the plastic off one of the little boxes to look at the hook, saw that it wouldn’t work and put it back in the Amazon box with the other hook for return. I think I wrapped the opened hook and its box in a piece of paper so the hook wouldn’t escape it’s little box and sent the Amazon box back with both hooks in it. I suspect that someone missed seeing the opened hook or sent it off to be shrink wrapped again. At any rate I did return both hooks. I’m not seeing anywhere on the Amazon web site to address this so I’m having to put it in a review.

Pretty nice quality. The mounting hardware is excellent. A molly anchor is included which is what I usually use (or a Toggler). The mounting bracket is really cool. No set screw just a spring loaded clip. I might buy another one. Update 8/2020: No issues with mine! Some finish complaints. You guys probably have bad bathroom ventilation. The hook design is very functional. Towel do not fall off unintentionally.
