I would get this product a 5 start for quality but the but for delivery is really slow for that reason you have 4 starts

First of all, Im a nursing student, so this bag I am using for textbooks and my computer. Love this bag....sturdy, apparently waterproof/water resistant as I had water in the outside pockets spill and soak the pocket but no water in the interior of the bag, saving my textbooks. I carry about 15-20 pounds of books, no problem. I have had for a little over a month now, and I can just say I wish I had bought it at the beginning of my program instead of halfway through

Excellent travel luggage

Pretty with nice pouches and zippers..seems sturdy. Too big. I think, to fit under the plane seat though, which is what I wanted. I sent it back. If your looking for a feminine over-nighter or to fit in the overhead then its very nice and roomy.

too heavy and clunky

Love this bag!! Has many pockets to store all my items!! Holds many books that I need.

Ripped after 4 months and cant figure out how to use the ins I paid for!

I bought this item to replace my previous rolling cart that I use for work. The last 2 I had, were very sturdy and lasted anywhere from 2 to 3 years without a problem. I bought this one expecting the same quality and durablility, but I am already disappointed. I just started using it in August to take my materials to and from school (such as my laptop, papers to grade, etc.) and it is already falling apart. The back wall has separated from the bottom already and is frayed and worn from scraping the ground. The wheels are too small to hold it up far enough off the ground to prevent scraping when going over curbs and door jambs, etc. The flap on one of the end pockets has already ripped,also. The inside is also smaller than I expected. My laptop barely fits in the pocket at the back. The bag is also unsteady. It falls over a lot when I let go of the handle to open doors,etc. I am very disappointed considering this bag was NOT cheap.It is very pretty on the outside and I think that is what attracted me to it. Plus, I have liked the Olympic brand in the past. I will have to either buy a new one already (soon!) or duct tape it back together. Yay,me.

I had a large valise type bag for my carry on but it became difficult for me to carry after I had checked my luggage. I love that this bag rolls. I have a problem sometimes getting the handle to fully extend and the wheels dont move 360 degrees but it comfortably & safely holds my laptop, carry on necessities, and a change of clothes.

The main compartment is rather small. Other than that, great bag!
