I purchased a three piece set. Within 4 uses the carryon cracked and a wheel came off of the large bag. Contacted customer service and was offered a discount on a new purchase, parts not available. I find the quality no better and actually worse than the $30 piece I purchased in Mexico.

We ordered two of these suitcases, used them as carryons on a trip to Aruba on March 27th. The first day of the trip the zipper on the expanding portion of the purple suitcase broke and the edging strip on the orange suitcase we purchased started to pull away from the suitcase itself. Just got home last night and went on Amazon and my window did return expired March 28th, the day it broke in Aruba!! If all this can happen with carrying them on imagine what damage could be done if we checked those bags! I would never purchase these again and I will not recommend them to anyone!

I bought this because of the change of acceptable carry-on suitcase size. I like the size of it, and the pockets are convenient. However, after one use the wheels no longer function correctly. I wouldn’t mind getting a replacement in case this isn’t the norm. I didn’t have an issue until the second time I used it and return period was over.

Traveling on spirit this lovely suite case is to big.

The wheels suck and definitely effected my mobility in the airport and around town. Super cheap wheels damn near ruined the bag for me. Sending this back after one use because already broke

After it going through baggage claim there are no dents. Its easy to move and eye catching so you can pick it out of a group.

I picked this up as a carry-on for a cross country trip. It held up well, was easy to get into and out of overhead bins, rolled well thru many airport surfaces including bricks and pebbles embedded into concrete and held everything securely. I came back with the case stuffed full of souvenirs and no zipper problems ( I also treated with a silicone lube before using to help extend zipper life). Bright color makes it easy to keep track of. I will be using this case for a while!
