The company made a mistake with the shipping, but made corrections immediately.

I just broke my second intellisonic electric toothbrush while trying to replace the toothbrush head. After the first stem broke off I called the company and they said if I made sure I replaced the head when the toothbrush was dry it wouldnt be a problem. Well guess what they were wrong and now I am sitting here with another broken toothbrush. My husband the dentist and I are not happy with this product. I tried to call or email the company but they dont respond. It is not a bad toothbrush if you dont mind never changing the head.

Dont order this item because you will only receive 1 each 2 pack not the 2 each 2 pack as described.

Excellent Product

From reading product description and reviews you will guess that the purchase includes two sets ( meaning you will receive a total of four brushes) surprise!!! You get one set of two!! Not what I expected based on description....heads up! Customers. And of course price wont match the price of one set alone ....so it mislead you to think that you are really getting two sets.
