> 3 dayI use the DeWalt portable fan in my van when I go stealth urban camping. In the Summer, it can get up to 95 in the middle of the night inside the van. For security, it is hard to keep the windows rolled all the way down so I use the fan and run 1-2 batteries per night. In the morning, I go to Starbucks and use their electrical outlet and plug this charger in and all 4 batteries would be charged by the time I finish my coffee in about 30 min. I have not found a better product for this application.

> 3 dayKeeps my batteries organized and charged. Always a fresh battery for my dewalt tools. Recommend for anyone with multiple drills, trimmers, weed eater, etc.

04-04-2025It has a strong build and it’s very convenient to be able to charge that many batteries at the same time, however, it says it’ll charge four 4 ah batteries in 40 mins and it took almost an hour, that doesn’t bother me, but if you expect that, it’ll be a little longer than u expect. I would buy again in a heartbeat.

> 3 dayThe key to knowing whether its right for you is to do a little math. DeWalt ships chargers in 1.25A, 2.0A, 4.0A, 8.0A and theres a 12A charger. Anything greater than 4.0A is considered a Fast Charger and will have a built in fan. This one charges any/all ports at 8.0A. Say you just bought a Lawnmower with two big 12.0ah batteries. That kit comes with two 1.25A chargers. Meaning, it will take about 10 hours to fully recharge both batteries. So, this baby will charge both batteries in about 2 hours. Now, if youre not a contractor or dont have a big yard, maybe overnight is OK. The next charger down the line that will charge the big batteries in less than overnight time is the 4.0A. at $89 retail. 2 of these will cost about the same as the 4 port charger. And the new 12A Fast charger is $119 now. Now, I have 4 charging ports taking up just one outlet. I bought mine before the big price hike, so it made sense - even though Im not a contractor.

> 3 dayLove this charger. I had one for a couple of years already and decided to get another for the work truck. I use to carry multiple chargers and multiple batteries into people’s homes to charge the batteries. Now I throw four batteries in the charger and easily carry them into a job site. Just wish they made the new, upgraded, fast charger in a four port like this. I have about 60 batteries, and the 12AH batteries take about an hour and a half to two hours to charge. It’s nice not to have to take up four outlets to simultaneously charge four batteries.

> 3 dayThis by far is THE best investment Ive made for work. Charges all my batteries in record time while doing 4 at a time. Makes the use of my power tools continuous vs having to wait around for batteries to finish charging with single and double port chargers. Cant ask for more

> 3 dayThe low quality battery that comes with most purchase of Dewalt outdoor tools and the low quality charger makes buying this 4-Port MAX charger a necessity. I bought it, and two two-packs of the higher quality batteries and I can work all day (rotating, 4 charge < hour).
