The magnetism is very weak. If youre looking for a level to stick to a metal surface, Id try something else.

Was going to buy one of these in-store and compared to others (e.g. Empire) and found the magnets to be very weak. It will not support its own weight unless ALL of the magnets are making contact with the ferrous surface.
