D:fi D:struct Pliable Molding Creme 5.3.oz

I use this program daily on my hair. It is the product of its type that my hairdresser has found. She turned me on to it years ago. Glad to get more so I never run out.

Ive tried countless hair products, and this is by far my favorite! It holds my hair in place all day, but I can still run my hands through it without worrying about it flaking. My hair does not look stiff; it looks natural with no grease or shine. You only need to use a small amount on wet hair for a strong hold. Also, I love that it smells like pina colada. I highly recommend this product for people with short to medium hair.

d:fi has so many different hair gels/cremes that its hard to know which one to choose. My last jar (about 4 years old!) was nearing its final he new jar I got had creme that was less thick that my old one and didnt hold quite as well - maybe because my old one lost some moisture? Anyway, am generally pleased.

I have tried all over a dozen products, pastes cremes and the like. ranging from unheard of brands to all the top selling ones. this is by far the best Ive found. I use a small amount and the hold is permanent until I wash it out. fantastic product albeit expensive

I recently switched barbers and they convinced me to start using a molding creme in my hair to allow some more hip, contemporary style options. I am usually wary of cremes and gels, but after some gentle persuasion I agreed to give this product a try. There wasnt the odor I expected like from some hair cremes I had tried, which was encouraging. Once worked through the hair it remains fairly pliable, rendering it neither heavy and greasy nor stiff/sticky. Dollar for dollar this is probably the best hair product I have ever used, but I do wish it wasnt quite as heavy, which isnt the ideal combo for my fine hair, but would probably be pretty much perfect for most other hair types.

Ive been searching for the perfect product for my hair type for over a year now, I have an assortment of pomades, waxes, clays, and creams. I have very straight and thick hair, so its hard to find a product that will hold my hair and yet still spread easily through it. I recently started trying out styling creams and I really enjoyed how easily American crew forming cream went into my hair, but the hold wasnt nearly enough for me. When I saw people talking about how this stuff held better and had a similar consistency I went for it... and first of all It spreads well and the hold seems to be better but the SMELL!!! I dont know if i got a particularly potent batch or what but I swear the amount I used in my hair was getting me high haha. Every time I moved I was just overwhelmed by a mixture of pina coladas and chemicals. I wore it to work just once, and I drove there with all my windows down trying to air my hair out. Ill have to find something to do with the rest of it, at least the stuff is cheap.

I was trying to decide between this and the American Crew brand. I went with D:fi because I got more for my money, its a really nice amount and will certainly last for a while. After trying the product, Im happy with results, as it keeps the hold well and doesnt make my hair crunchy like cheaper gels. That being said, this product has a VERY distinct smell, it reminds me of pineapple. I can honestly smell my hair gel while its in my hair sometimes which isnt ideal - its especially noticeable in the car / more confined spaces. 3/5 for now, if they change the scent, Id give it 4 or 5.

I was hoping this would be less stiff than the d:fi I use. (my first jar has a light blue lid and this one has a darker blue lid). I cant notice the difference. When reading the descriptions it seemed that the dark blue was not as heavy. I really do like the product. My hairdresser introduced me to d:fi a year ago and I purchased a small jar from her. I still have quite a bit left. You really dont want to use very much or your hair will look greasy. I do not need as much hairspray when I use this. Can be used on damp hair or after you dry it.

This stuff works extremely well for my super thick hair. It keeps it back and out of my face with ease. Very good hold. Also it has a amazing smell kinda like bubblegum for the first 30minutes then its gone.

I discovered this hair goop earlier this year when I went to try a new place out to get a haircut. After that haircut, I was really surprised with how easy it was to apply hair and how well it held through the day. The matte finish and non-rock hard hold are great (because I have no intention to transform into a Jersey guido). I wake up, have a shower, and Im out of the door in about 15 minutes. With D:struct I spend maybe 5 seconds rubbing it in my hands and another 10-15 seconds to put it in my hair. This is way quicker than when I was using Redken for Men, or some of the American Crew products (which these really carry a scent through the whole day). The only downside I would say is the smell. I cant describe exactly what it is, but theres a fruity smell to D:struct. Im a guy so this is naturally a little concerning. However, I think the smell is only detectable for the first 45 minutes or so. I dont pick up on that smell as my day progresses and I havent heard any comments from family or friends yet! The price on Amazon currently ($17.00) for the larger size is a good deal in my opinion. I paid about that much locally for the smaller jar. The large jar I got from Amazon had the exact same characteristics compared to what I bought locally...same great stuff and just a better value on Amazon. Guys: If youre using American Crew, try this stuff out and youll probably end up making the switch as I did.
