Theres no padding and I would not really call it a playmat. If youre looking for a quilt/blanket thats close to 50x50 then go ahead and buy it otherwise Id just go buy a cheap blanket if you want actual cushion in the mat.

Im a little conflicted on how to review this. The mat is quilt-like with a non-slip texture (think non-slip socks) on the underside. Its cute enough and could work for a boy or girl since it incorporates dinosaurs and the color pink. The package itself shows a dog on the mat, not a baby. There is also warning labels stating (including typos) keep awayerom babies and children. It also states Do not use in cribs, beds, carriages or playpens, this bag is not a toy bune. OPINION - As a parent of 3 kids, I cant really see this being an issue as a play mat for children 1-2 years and older. However, anything marketed to children that also carries such strong wording should make you pause and consider.

This baby play mat/blanket provides a slightly cushioned play space for your baby. The back has grips so it’ll help it not slip about if you’re using it on a hard floor. However I prefer to use on carpet or a rug just to have the extra padding underneath. Even on carpet or soft flooring I still like to lay a blanket or mat down because it’s easier to clean and protect the floor from spit up. This has a cute leaf print pattern all over and there’s little ribbons in one corner, so if your baby’s doing tummy time they have something to play with. Easy to clean and throw in the wash as needed. It’s able to fold up small and comes with a zippered bag for easy storage when not in use. Great for tummy time, taking on the go, and providing a more cushioned play space for a younger child.

I am so happy I found this DHZJM Baby Play Mat! It fits perfectly in my 50x50 Inches Baby Playpen and is super cute with the dinosaur design! Super large baby mat that I use for my puppies. I place the mat in the playroom and let the run around and this keeps my floors nice and clean and they have somewhere to potty.

The material of this Baby Play Mat is soft and feels like a small, thin blanket. The surface is not waterproof but it is lightweight and has a non-slip design on the back. It is also easy to fold and carry around. However, since it is not waterproof, it cannot be cleaned with a damp cloth like some other Baby Play Mats. But it can be thrown in the washing machine, which I have done twice already without any issues.

This is great for leaving permanently in a playpen, or to carry around. Its well made and good quality. I like the slightly rubberized back so it wont slip if thrown down on a wood floor. The case has a handle so its easy to carry. Its a multi-layer quilted fabric with a nice design. It seems like it will withstand multiple washings. Im happy with it.

I Love the nonskid back and the ribbon toy is my baby’s favorite, I lay this out for tummy time or. Fold it to fit in the play pen so he can still get the ribbons.
