I know weird gift, but he has a dog that sheds a lot and he is tidy, it’s what he wanted. So we are both happy! Hopefully he will think of his granny sometimes when he uses it!

I brought a second hand 1 that looked brand new and works amazingly. Best buy.

Bought this vacuum and used it for the first time and it did WONDERS. I had used my old vacuum and went over the carpeted areas and then switch to the dirt devil. I only did 2 passes in the hallway carpet and the reservoir was FILLED. (We have 2 dogs and one cat and two kids) so you can imagine our carpet needs attention daily. Love this thing and has been doing great for us!

I did not expect this vacuum to work super great since it’s not a high end vacuum, but you’d never even know the difference with this vacuum. Does an amazing job picking up dirt and any little thing.

This vac has great suction and is very lightweight. I wish it had a light on the front and a tree foot extension for the hand wand. I like the job it does on hardwood and carpet.

But you cant adjust height for different carpets.

Inside the box is a note, dont need to go back to store. If not thrilled ,well make it right. This vacuum does not do well on thick pile. I reported it wants to nosedive into the pile and I have to lower the handle almost all the way to the floor to keep it going. The response was pretty much, you do have to go back to the store and get a better one with adjustable height. Works good otherwise. I paid $50. at Amazon, then saw it at Walmart for $44.
