I tried these based on the other reviews and ratings. Not bad at all. After just one wash in an empty dishwasher, the old food smell in the dish washer was gone. I would not say it left a very refreshing scent after the 1st time, but it cleaned the dishwasher and got rid of the food smell previously there. Almost left the dishwasher with no smell at all. So no smell was better than old food smell. Job well done.

This product was very easy to use, just throw in an empty dishwasher and run a self clean cycle or regular wash cycle. My Frigidaire doesnt have self clean, but normal wash worked just fine. I had great results using these cleaning tablets, specifically lime scale and iron staining on the plastic walls of my dishwasher was cleaned right off. The iron discoloration on metal parts did not go away, but that is typical as the product doesnt want to damage the metal. Pros: Very easy to use Effectively removed food build up, grease, and staining especially on plastic parts Left dishwasher with a pleasant scent Cons: Cannot clean rust off of metal parts Dishwasher tray still had iron discoloration on it
